No files in storage but show me 3.1 MB

Hello,

I own Document Cloud Storage. My storage shows me 3.1 MB but there aren't any files on it.

Can someone explain me, why(?), this is confusing me.

3.1 MB is a drop in the bucket and probably used by the Creative Cloud storage system.

I wouldn't be too concerned about it.  Depending on your plan, you have almost a full 2GB or 100GB of remaining storage.

open your cc desktop app>click the cloud icon (at the upper right)>click go to cc web.

check all the folders (esp, the deleted folder) and the low left link(s).

Hello again,

there is nothing in it. Perhaps the Message of Ms. OShea is right but sometimes it could be another thing. 😉

At this moment right now, I have a size of 14.6 MB, all is cleaned.

Another question is, how I can set it up that when I create files on my mobile phone and on the pc, each, to save it directly on the device instead in the cloud ?

I thank you indeed

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
