No longer able to use apps on CC

Hi, I recently tried to open Lightroom and then Photoshop on my Creative Cloud apps to be told the operating system I'm on no longer supports them?  I'm paying nearly £10 a month for this facility, and was using until recently.  Can anyone offer any advice.  I've uninstalled and installed now a couple of times.  It seems weird they've just stopped working.  I'm using macOS Catalina 10.15.7. Thank you

@Sarah38860878pg70

  • Did this happen after an automatic update to the applications?
  • Did you try resetting Preferences manually (to preserve the original file)?

If you are still having an issue, go to Help > System Info in Photoshop and click Copy. Then go to the Photoshop forum and start a new thread an paste the entire contents along with a description of your issue.

check if they updated.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
