no longer have subscription even though i have an email saying the date it runs out.

hi, had to reinstall the adobe software and now it says i do not own photoshop anymore even though i should still own it with the other items that i have from activation stuff from college, i am confused and dont know how to go about sorting this issue

Log-in to your account below to confirm subscription is active and payment details are current.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location
