No plans, no invoices, but credit card is charged monthly

Hello,

I signed up for Creative Cloud in order to use Photoshop and I can see that I am being charged for a plan on my credit card. However, when I sign in with my Adobe ID, I can see no plans and there are no invoices. I cannot even see and change my credit card details.

Currently I can do nothing but ask my bank to reject the payment as I have no services according to my account. As this is a company credit card invoices are a necessity.

Looking through the support pages I cannot find a phone number, an email address or even an online chat.

What can I do now?

Are you sure you logged-in with the correct user ID (email) and password?

It's seems a little unlikely that anyone would give your corporate credit card to Adobe without your knowledge.  But hey, stranger things have happened.  If your card was compromised, you would need to file a fraud report directly with your bank.  They will have you sign some legal documents before cancelling the card and issuing a new one.  So do make extra certain you or a family member didn't give Adobe your card # for billing.
