No preview in Creative Cloud Storage for Sony A7iii RAW files?

I have already contacted Adobe support about this but they were unable to provide a solution. I am waiting on an email response but I thought I would ask here too.

When I am uploading RAW files from a Sony A7iii there is no preview when viewing the Creative Cloud Storage either on the Web or on other devices.

Raw files from other brands of camera (Canon/Nikon) and also an older Sony camera all work ok, the problem is just with A7iii files.

Has as anyone else had this issue?

Creative Cloud is up to date, the Sony RAW driver is installed on the desktop, and the problem is not specific to my individual camera as I downloaded an A7iiI RAW file from the internet and tried with it but got the same issue.

Does anyone one have any clue how to resolve this?

For a camera that was available a year ago that is indeed strange. You are sure that there is an embedded preview image present in the raw files?

    I’m not sure, it’s standard RAW files so I would assume there should be.

    I am going to try on another computer and see if that makes any difference.
