He perdido el 2factor entonces no me permiten loguearme a mi cuenta adobe, entonces pierdo TODO, portfolio, trabajos en la nube, todo estoy perdiendo porque no me dan accesos a mi cuenta de Adobe!!!!

or what do you mean by “i lost 2fa””?

Yes, because I don’t have my italian number anymore, so I lost the 2 factor access. Adobe forced me to update the password, and I just have the email 2 factor but not the mobile number. So I’ve lost all access. The are asking for all my 2factors, 1 is not enough for them, omg.

The customer care is the worst thing ever, by the way.
