Question

No storage space left despite no files in Lightroom + "Sync Issues" folder in Lightroom

My Creative Cloud storage is full, but I can't find what's causing it to be full. I have no photos in Lightroom albums, there's nothing in "Your Files" or the other folders in CC, and Acrobat has nothing. I can't figure this out.

In Lightroom, there are 2,000+ images in a folder called "Synce Issues" that I can't seem to delete. Is this causing my storage to be full? How do I delete them?

Thanks.

open your cc desktop app

click the cloud icon in the upper right

click go to cc web

check your file/folders etc

check your lightroom (and spark) link (bottom left)

delete everything unneeded

delete the files in the deleted folder

recheck your storage.
