no syncs with Adobe Ideas in the last couple of months and now all the files are disappear from "files" page of my account....

A little more information could help us help you.

Your question doesn't really say if you have not synced yourself (by not using Ideas or not being signed in with an Adobe ID) or if it just fails to sync. What are you experiencing there? Please elaborate.
