Not Able to see all my files saved in my creative cloud folders

I have a few folders with different files (jpg, .psd, indd, .pdf, etc) in my creative cloud. I am not able to see some of my files that I have saved in there and that I used to be able to see, open, and edit. Some of these files that I can't see are not recent. When I open my Creative Cloud is says "All Files up to date". When I click "View on web" I can see those files but I can't download them.

Please help!
