Not able to syncronize files with CC Desktop

One of our team members doesn't have the "Open folder" option in CC Desktop (Files tab). It only says "Coming soon" and "More information", as if the function is not available yet. As a result the CC folder doesn't appear in windows explorer.

OS: Windows 7 Pro, 32-bit
