 I am always getting this error although, I have upgraded to the most expensive package...

    I tried to contact the support directly ... this website does not allow to do that so easy.

    did you thoroughly check the four websites to see all the cc files you have stored?

     

    do you have a subscription directly from adobe.com, and not all app store subscriptions?
