I dont think im recieving notifications of updates and news, so im missing out on progress in creative cloud. Also I have security issues with people accessing the software. Id like to talk about better security in the apps.

are you asking what that meta tag is for?

if so, it's for browsers to interpret the content of the html page that contains that tag.

I'm missing out on progress in creative cloud.

1. Notifications are a preference setting in your Creative Cloud desktop app.

2. If your computer hasn't been upgraded to support newer versions, you won't see them offered because your computer can't support them.

3. Check the system requirements for the various apps below. Check each one, they vary by product.

Also I have security issues with people accessing the software.

I have no idea what that means, sorry.
How is anyone accessing software on YOUR computer?
Are you not using a Firewall, current anti-virus and spyware protection?
