Now my apps are upgraded... i can't use Library anymore...

I tried to drag and drop object from the library in Indesign… Impossible. 21.6
I tested with photoshop, no problems. 27.10
I tested withy illustrator, no problems. 30.8.2

I work on PC with Windows 10.
What does that mean?
Does that mean apps can update, but their features are locked afterward?

first try, resetting the cc app:

To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

But impossible for me to drag and drop elements from the library to my Indesign...
