Has anyone heard of issues with Adobe's student privacy agreements not aligning with the requirements of New York State Education Department? Looking for any and all information on this specific issue. thanks.

Hello,

I heard this from my superintendent of technology for my district but cannot confirm his statement through any other source. I thought I would go to Adobe to find out if this is actually a thing or if it is rumor.
