One mailbox with two behance accounts

One of my adobe ID mailboxes is bound to two behance accounts. When I log in using the mailbox, I can only log in to the new behance account, and my work is in the old behance account, so how can I log in to the old behance account? ?

(I sent a message to the old account to confirm that the email was received in the same mailbox.)
(Is it reasonable to bind two behance accounts with one adobe ID? Or is this a bug?)

    Same issue for me.

     

    I only have one email address and two Bahance accounts.

     

    My original old account I can't log into and when I do log in I get directed to a brand new behance account.

    I've tried several times to contact behance and they never reply.

    I'm starting to think its a bug and I'm stuck with a new behance account with a URL I can't use, while the orginal account with my URL I want, social links, contact details is just stuck in limbo since I can't access it.

    Yep. I have contacted Behance directly with the same URL. I have several support tickets open that never had replies.

    Hello, i have the same problem. I wrote to Behance help center 3 times and they couldn't help! They don't seem to understand it...Did you solve you problem? Thanks

      I have the same issue two accounts on the same email but can't access the old one with the work on. Did you find a solve?

      You'll need ask Behance technical support about that.  My understanding is that Behance is one site per customer account.   If you want more than one Behance, you need to sign-up with different IDs (email) and passwords.
