Customer service is horrendous. If you miss the date to cancel your trial you will be stuck with monthly payments for a year. Ive been paying 100usd for a year now and finally got them to cancel. The cancellation process was simple for one subscription but i was some how signed up for two. The second was not so easy to cancel it took over two hours of customer service to cancel. They would not take no for an answer.
