Only update apps over night

I have unlimited data from Midnight to 5AM from by satellite internet provider. Is there any way to limit auto-download to those hours? Thanks!

Unfortunately, the Windows Task Scheduler didn't work. Guess I'll just turn off auto-update. Thanks!
