Opening a shared file. I've sent another employee a shared folder who needs to make some edits. He can see the folder but cannot open all the files inside. How does he open the files?

have you sent a public link to the other user who needs to make changes?. They wont be able to do this. A Creative Cloud Collaboration would need to be set up for the other user to be able to edit these files. Creative Cloud Help | Collaboration FAQ
