Our Behance portfolio is not available

Hello guys , please help us out:

Our Behance portfolio has suddenly disappeared:
www.Behance.net/Coolairaustralia is not available :
When we try to access via web, mobile an error message appears: Oops we can’t find that page.

Also suddenly all of our work visibility has turned to private:
When we try to edit to everyone view we get an error message the : there was an error processing your request.

Also we can not edit or post new work.

we have contacted several times Behance support but still no answer.

Please guys help us out.
We have creative cloud membership and are Behance members since 2014.
We have 40,000 views, 1,000 appreciations from creatives in Behance .
