Page load in "Preview server" load too late

Question

When I publish a page using "manage publication" with "preview" mode, I get a page preview linkBut it's not working and show error like this (Attached Image) After some time late approximately 25 to 30 mins. Again I reloaded the page, its worked normallyWhy the preview page taking some time??Please explain
