Page load in "Preview server" load too late

When I publish a page using "manage publication" with "preview" mode, I get a page preview link
But it's not working and show error like this (Attached Image)

After some time late approximately 25 to 30 mins. Again I reloaded the page, its worked normally
Why the preview page taking some time??
Please explain
