PAGE NOT FOUND | cant access my files

So often I'll be looking to access files that either I myself added or my collaborators have added..
But when I click the file itself, it keeps popping up as PAGE NOT FOUND

This is the same if I share a link and try accessing it, or even use a different browser (safari & chrome)

Please help, very annoying

The file is loading for me. I'm not sure why we would be getting different results. Was this example a collaborated file?
