Paid Plan turned into trial

Hi,

I had a paid creative cloud plan for students which i purchased in march 2021. However, for some reason, my creative cloud plan is now showing as a trial and all my apps are saying that i have to buy the plan because my "trial has been expired". I have already been charged the month's payment which is proof that i own the plan, but my adobe account is not showing any evidence of this. I'm not sure what to do from here and was wondering if someone could help with the issue
