Password problem on the Marketplace?

I am trying to download a plugin for XD and when I am asked to put in my password before download I get the response that the password is wrong. I have tried a few different plugins and get the same response, I even tried resetting my password - but still get the same outcome. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any email support etc?

 

Thanks in advance for taking the time to read and give advice on this one....

Try entering your computer's password.  For security reasons, you're computer is asking for permission to install new software.
