Photoshop 2022 video file didn't open properly, now is overwritten?

I was working on a video file which was saved to the Creative Cloud. This morning I opened it and it appeared to be 5 seconds in duration (it should be 3 minutes). I wasn't sure what was going on, so I expanded the timeline to see if it really was only 5 seconds - it was. I closed the file, and it auto-saved when I did, so now the 3 minute file seems to be completely gone. Is there any way to recover the file as it was yesterday?
