i did purchased Photoshop , but why can't download it

    Hi kglad, 

    I have downloaded it but it's doesn't really helps.The one that I purchased was the Photo shop. 

    Question : after resetting my PC why I can't get it back cause I have bought it previously ? the screenshot below say to "try" or "purchase"

     

    the one that i 'm currently allow access to is photo shop express.

    check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

     

    if your account shows your subscription, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

    click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)

    in the chat field, type AGENT

    install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
