Photoshop crashed and now all my software is deleted from my PC

As the title says, I was resizing an image in my photoshop file, it started loading and ended up crashing.
When i opened up creative cloud i could no longer find photoshop, nor any other file installed. I still have the desktop icons available and can still use some software, how weird is this?
