Photoshop : Libraries : you do not have access to this service

Hello everyone!

I have a problem accessing adobe libraries, on the libraries panel it just shows that you do not have access to this service.
Does anyone have the same issue or know how to solve that?

reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

restart your computer
