Photoshop uninstall and updates failing...

Hello,

 

Got a message that says the required Library was somehow missing from Photoshop. Photoshop needs to be uninstalled. Multiple tries all failed. So, I tried updating...those have failed. Please advise...I have work to complete! Thank you.

Since you are facing the issues, please use the cleaner tool and remove all the Creative Cloud apps: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html. Once done please use this link to download the Creative Cloud desktop app: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html#Problemsinstall.... 

All apps:  https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-apps-download.html

From the app, please download the Creative Cloud applications.

Hello again,

So, I tried the Creative Cloud Cleaner recommended on this site. It failed. The error code for the uninstalls and the downloads is Error Code 305. Again, please advise.
