Please delete my cloud files.

Every time I try to archive a folder/file or delete something from the archive I get an error with "An error occurred, please try again." message. This is really, really annoying situation. Please remove all files completely (including archive) in my cloud for me. Because apparently I don't have permission to delete my own files.

I often get that when trying to delete a lot of files at once. Generally breaking it down to a few at a time helps.

I tried already but I can not delete even one empty folder. On the desktop application it shows as 868 MB in use but it doesn't sync anything. When I log in the online cloud it shows a folder with inner folders but I can't delete even the innermost empty one.

@Jerohas - I just looked at your account metadata and you are using no storage at all. Your Archive is empty and there are no other issues. This is for the Adobe ID you are using to post here in this forum. If you are still seeing some kind of problem just reply back to this forum post and we will investigate further.
