Pop-up for Express Beta confusing users

Question

In the latest version of Creative Cloud, users are now being shown a popup to "Level up with Adobe Express (Beta)." and a "Get Started" button. Clicking the button takes them to a webpage to get startet with Express.

It is not immediately obvious to many users that this isn't something they have to do to keep using Creative Cloud and are contacting me for support.

This pop up should be far more clear that this is optional, and should actually be off by default for any enterprise account which hasn't opted into the beta at least.

The dialog box should have clear options between trying the beta, or just using Creative Cloud.

Let me go through my logic. I went to the community forum. Saw a very long list of products. Determined that the forum is supported by product, found the closest thing to Creative Cloud, and posted here. There is no call to be condesending when I'm clearly new to these forms. I've been in the IT industry for over 25 years and when there is a separate section for enterprise support, it is almost always clearly separate. I made a reasonable assumption.

I'll just lodge a support ticket instead. I thought, let's try the forums, it might save someone else some time if the answer is searchable.
