Portfolio cite transfer to school account

Question

I am trying to transfer my portfolio cite to my school account, when I follow the tutorial adobe provides it  appears to be correct, but the website(adobe portfolio) is refusing to accept and transfer to my school email even though I use both accounts and checked to ensure I spelled my school email correctly. What should I do?

IMO, that’s a bad decision. You should want to keep your personal Portfolio site separate from your school’s plan.

When you change schools or graduate, you could lose all access to your Portfolio site. Think this through.
