Portfolio is gone
I recently switched schools and, as a result, activated a new Adobe Creative Cloud license through SURFspot. Both my old and new licenses are linked to the same personal email address and to the “SURFspot Operational Console” profile. My old license had expired about 3 weeks before I purchased the new one. Everything has been transferred properly, I can still access my old files and fonts. However, my Adobe Portfolio is no longer there. When I open Adobe Portfolio, I’m prompted to create a new website, and I can’t find my old portfolio anywhere. I’ve searched online for a solution and mostly found information about migrating a portfolio between accounts. My portfolio is on the same account, though, so there’s nothing to migrate. The website is still online, but it’s no longer visible in my Adobe account.
I have already contacted Surfspot, but they coudn't help me and said to go to the adobe portfolio support. I contacted them, but didn't get a reply.
I got an email from Adobe Portfolio that i'm not on an paid plan anymore and if i don't get one, my portfolio will be deleted on the 20th of september for good. I'm however on a paid plan since i bought a new license.
Is there a way to get my portfolio back? I spent a lot of time on it and would really like to get it back.
