Portfolio lost after surfspot account renewal? How do I get my domain back??

There's no Portfolio community so I figured I'd post it here? I purchased an Adobe Creative cloud subscription through my university with Surfspot last year and made my photography portfolio website. I have renewed the subscription about two weeks after it expired with the same email address and such, but I cannot find my portfolio website in the edit tool? I tried creating a website with the same domain name and it said it was already in use so it should be saved somewhere right? 

Does anuone know how to fix this, I've got loads of applications running with this email address so I desperately need it back!!
