Portfolio Missing

, About two months ago, my Adobe CC subscription through my university ended. Yesterday, I bought a new subscription under the exact same email address, but my website that I built on Adobe Portfolio is nowhere to be found on the editor. On the Adobe FAQ pages, it says that my website should be available now that I've bought a new subscription. How can I get my site back?

Are you saying you have an individual plan now that's no longer connected to your school?   

 

You can reach out to Adobe Portfolio support and ask them if it's possible to move your school Portfolio to your personal account.
