Portfolio site offline

My portfolio site is suddenly offline. My provider says all settings on their end are ok so I should contact Adobe and I did but I haven't heard anything yet since I posted a question so I thought I try it this way.

 

The DNS settings adobe gives are set exactly the way adobe provides them and they are the same as I see at whatsmydns.net. see also screen attached for the full settings:

 

Does anyone have any ideas of what could be the problem?....

What do you get when you try to connect to your site? I get a "page not found" error from Portfolio, suggesting your DNS is fine, but your portfolio site isn't there, or isn't connected to the domain in your Portfolio settings.

Hi,.. thanks for answering on this. You are right,.. I refreshed the connection in the portfolio settings (that what you can do 5 times a week,...and I did already a few times before without success) but this time it worked and now its back online. Many thanks indeed!!!
