A second site on my account is timing out (https://hizineandprint.com/) while the main site (https://shanesakata.com/) is loading properly.   

The domain is verified per the dashboard:

Custom Domain Name

verified–hizineandprint.com–Remove custom domain

I have checked with the domain provider (Bluehost) and they say that the DNS has been properly propagated for the hizineandprint site but I get the following error:

This site can’t be reached

hizineandprint.com took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

I have checked on my iPhone, iPad and Windows laptop via Chrome browser (I have cleared my cache and CTR+F5) but can’t get the zine site to load.  

How can I resolve this issue?  Thanks in advance!
