portfolio uploading issue

Question

I’m trying to create a new portfolio and I'm uploading photos straight from my computer. When I go to update site, when I look at it the photos I uploaded have NOT BEEN PUBLISHED! Then when I go back to edit website the uploaded photos disappeared. I have tried multiple times in a row, closed out of browser, and restarted my computer. I have used the portfolio builder in the past for other websites and haven't had this issue. I really need this sorted ASAP

update: It is updating on all other changes except photo upload….which is most important!!!!!!! I tried to call customer support but they said they didn't offer help for the my portfolio application. ughhhh
