Portfolio wont allow "connect your domain"

i get this message "This domain is already connected to an Adobe Portfolio site"

That could be true because i had a Adobe portfolio site for two years
but i did not manage to correctly upgrade my adobe CC plan and the original portfolio site was gone.
I now rebuilt the site but under a different email adress

i try to reinstate the site at my domain but it won't work because of that message.
How can i overrule this... or make Portfolio realise there is no longer a domain connected to this site???

Please contact Portfolio technical support for assistance.  Depending on how long ago you terminated your previous Creative Cloud plan, they might still be able to recover your original Portfolio and move it your new ID.
