Preview doesn't update in CC shared document

Hi

I've shared a pdf document from my creative cloud files folder. The customer can see the document within the web browser and make comments. So far so good.

When I update the PDF with a newer version the preview on customer side doesn't update.

If I right click the browser and choose [show image in new window', it shows the new image. But following the shared link, it keeps showing the old version.

I've tried to delete browser history and cash. Didn't work.

When I check the document in the web environment under my own account it does (!!!) show the new version.

When the customer downloads the pdf, it IS the updated document.

How to show it to my customer inside the browser?

Thanks for sharing your ideas.

This is also happening on the Creative Cloud app. It used to let you preview the changes you've made once you've saved them, now the app is refusing to show the changes. As someone who needs to be able to see what content looks like on a Mobile Device, I go back and forth frequently. Now I am having to save an entire new copy of the file every time I make any changes, just to see what the current iteration looks like on Mobile.
