Problem installing Creative Cloud when running the .exe shows error.

When trying to install the Creative Cloud app I get an error:
Adobe Installer has stopped working, it looks like it tries to open a login screen and gives this error.

I'm trying to install on windows 2012 R2 64 Bits

Cloud storage web assets

By specification this server is compatible.

i don't understand your last message, but win server 2012 r2 is not win 10 v1904 or later.

or, if server 2012 is win 10 v 1904 or lator, use compatibility mode to install (and run) the cc desktop app.
