Problem with my cloud document

I have a problem with my cloud documents.

I notice that a file (worked on in Fresco from my Ipad) appears synchronized in Fresco but does not appear in any other application.
I can't find it in Photoshop documents or even in Fresco documents on my computer or in documents on my creative cloud.

Yet it's clearly marked as synchonized (see image). Do you know what could be the problem? And how to solve it? Thank you very much.

open your desktop photoshop

go to the home screen

your cloud documents should be there.  if they are not, restart your computer and retry.  if that fails, reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Thank you for your reply. I assume you are referring to the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.

I closed it and relaunched the program then did Ctrl + Alt + R.

The application did indeed seem to reset...

But that doesn't change anything. No matter how many times I create files on Fresco, they don't appear in my cloud documents.
