Problemas de facturacion, actualizo los dartos de pago y no funciona

Llevo todo el día intenado pagar la cuota de adobe creative cloud y no puedo, me pide actualizar los datos de pago, lo hago y no llegan a cambiarse a pesar de que me sale el mensaje de que se ha actualizado con exito. ¿alguna solucion?

contact adobe.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Try using another browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.

Ya he buscado ahi y no tengo solucion, me gustaria contactar con alguien de adobe que me lo solucion, no encuentro ni un telefono ni un correo, es alucinante que tengan un servicio tan malo con lo que cobran por el servicio
