problème de formule disparue

Bonjour,

Je vous contacte ici car j'ai un problème avec le règlement de ma formule creative cloud avec toutes les applications pour étudiants.  Je règle un montant d'environ 19€ tous les mois avec mon compte pay pal mais je ne peux plus utiliser les applications telles que Première Pro, Photoshop, etc., alors que le montant se débite chaque mois vers Adobe.  Ce mois-ci, je n'ai pas eu de reçu de paiement via ma boite mail.

 

Que dois-je faire ?  Lorsque j'essaie d'obtenir de l'aide via mon compte, Adobe me dit que je dois contacter l'administrateur.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
