problème de synchronisation site (ou application) creative Cloud vers l'ordinateur

Bonjour, 

je n'arrive pas à synchroniser le fichier "creative cloud file" de mon macbook avec les fichiers déposés sur mon compte créative cloud en ligne.

Lorsque je clique sur le nuage dans l'application créative cloud, il y a écrit : synchronisation des fichiers désactivée, contacter votre administrateur informatique" ...

l'administrateur de mon ordinateur c'est moi, et l'adminidstrateur de mon compte Adobe c'est moi aussi.

et j'ignore comment activer la synchronisation ...

Quelqu'un a t-il eu ce type de problème ? merci à vous, à tres bientôt

so you have an individual subscription (ie, not using a school/education account), correct?

 

if so,

 

reset the cc desktop app:

make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

it was a school acount, but now, it's a personnal account. I try your proposition, but it doesn't work ... maybe it's a probleme with the account chnagement.

with that additional information, it sounds like it's probably a problem with licensing info left on your computer.
