probléme stockage cloud

Bonjour à tous, je rencontre un probléme sur créative cloud, il m'indique que j'ai 5 go d'utilisé sur mon stockage de 105 go alors que j'ai que 2 dossiers de plusieurs psd qui font 123 mo et 12 mo et je n'arrive pas pas avoir de l'aide de la part du sav adobe car à chaque fois ils ne sont pas capable de me répondre ou de me proposer de m'aider à récupérer mes go manquant.

j'ai lu votre article et j'ai cherché par tout et ca n'explique pas comment j'ai 5go d'utilisé en ayant juste les psd indiqué au dessus.

Par contre, adobe cloud desktop n'arrive pas à être reconnu par le parfeu du coup, il faudrait peut une mise à jour qui permettrait de débloquer ca.

use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders/links to check.:

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.

the used storage shown at each of those four sites (when totaled), should match the space shown used by your cc files.
