Problems downloading and viewing files in Creative Cloud

Hi,

I seem to be having problems with downloading files from a Creative Cloud folder that I am shared with.

Files appear as normal within the cloud area, I go to click on the file to view, and it doesn't actually show a preview of the file once i've clicked it (2 weeks ago I was able to view the file and scroll through the individual pages!)

Further more, when I go to download the file, it takes me to an empty browser page with the URL: https://scproxy-prod.adobecc.com/download?resource=https%3A%2F%2Fcc-eu1-prod.adobesc.com%2Fapi%2Fv1%2Fassets%2F98ecaedc-…

Bearing in mind I wasn't having this problem until now AND it seems to do the same thing on all browsers i.e. Safari, Chrome and Firefox.

I am on Mac Pro with OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 and I am using Google Chrome 44.0.2403.157 (64-bit).

I am not running on Adobe CC, still on CS6 but we have the online free Creative Cloud account and the desktop toolbar app set up.

Please can someone help me!
