Problems with libraries and proxy

hi all,

sorry i already read the faq and how to solve.

i am in an Enterprise Environment and i occur the issue that it seems everything worls fine except the library Connection (Server is not reachable) .

I can´t understand what it meant with that :

as in our Environment everything has to go via the Proxy. If we test via an "Guest" net without Proxy it works immediately fine but we couldn´t do that for operational work.

Can someone help to understand how it could work? We saw much traffic which is splitted to directly and via Proxy. But in this case it won´t work properly.
