problems with saving data

I am not able to save processed images, can some one suggest some way-out from this problem

    Hi,

    My apologies for the delayed response, I found the email in another folder.
    Thank you so much for looking into the problem.

    I had the problem that no processed images were saving, also I could not
    contact adobe support because the Virtual assistant was not working.

    Now an adobe technical team member resolved both the issues.
