problems with the verification pending Adobe Portfolio

Good morning,
I have problems with the verification pending for my web site made with Namecheap through Adobe Portfolio.
I did the whole domain purchase procedure through interface from Adobe Portfolio and Namecheap. I've received an email by Adobe of issue. I try to fix it and to make the verification but I don't get the mail of verification at my mail,
and my site isn't online.

please, can you help me?
