I want that when I use Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, InCopy, Premiere Pro, or After Effects - a timer runs.  So that I can gauge my productivity.  Is there a good third party plugin.

Are you a freelancer trying to track billable and non-billable time? How do you plan to track productivity in each app? Hours spent? If you're hoping tto track active use via mouseclicks, that doesn't exist and doesn't mean you're being productive anyway.

Many freelancers have the apps open all day - often idle. No timer can measure productivity by time since launch. However you define it, productivity is still human judgement.

Are  you thinking of something like Harvest?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
